This quarter you may want to use the treatment or research project you have worked on in the MFTH 624 Program Development and MFTH 626 Program Evaluation and Monitoring classes. However, this is not a requirement. Please use this discussion board to answer the questions below related to the research project or treatment project you would like to focus on for this class. Keep in mind this is a practice run. What are you passionate about, i.e., where do you think you can make a uniquely significant contribution to your field? What is the need, problem, or issue you want to address, and why is it important? If present knowledge or practice is inadequate, why do we need to know more and do better? In what sense is your idea innovative, i.e., how does it differ from what has already been done? What makes you think your idea or approach will have better outcomes? What will your research or program contribute, and who will benefit from it?
