The Excel I attached has all the information to create the WBS and Gantt chart.
Compile all of the following into one Word document and submit to the assignment linked here.
What you will be submitting:
Sample WBS.  You should refer to the Resource Library, specifically the Historical Analysis Phase Durations spreadsheet, and emails to complete these activities.
Example: (I will attach the sample WBS she used)
Durations:
Historical sample durations for some activities given in Resource Library.  Students should use the formula à  (Best case + (4 x most likely) + worst case)/6
Project Software:
Students should put all the activities into MS Project or other project management software.  Durations and task relationships should be added.  Student answers will vary.  Not all time estimates or tasks are included in the Resource Library.  Students need to scan the chapters to think of all the tasks that would go into such a project.  Task dependencies will also vary since no direct information is given to the students regarding the task relationships.
You will put an image of your Gantt chart into your document.

Risk list:  You should be able to list at least 4-5 risks for this project.
