Students are required to conduct a presentation on a PEH law topic (listed below) in one of
our weekly seminar sessions. The presentations should be 10 minutes and 5 minutes will be
provided for discussion/questions.
-How laws are enforced-
This topic is for those of you interested in the enforcement of PEH laws. This presentation
will differ from the one relating to administration (1) as it will focus on taking legal action to
address a breach of the law. What happens once a PEH law has been breached? How are PEH
laws investigated and enforced? You will need to contact and interview an EHO in your local
area (or elsewhere) in relation to their experience with Food Act legislation.
Presentation slides and narration (PDF or Word document) please. I am not first English speaker so preferer to use not too difficult English. Australia English please.
