Prepare an essay response to the following scenario.

You are the technical lead of an official Cadastral Survey that has been requested and funded by the National Park Service. While drafting the Special Instruction Diagram to survey the National Park boundary, you notice that there are eight corners that control the location of tribal trust lands and two additional corners that are corners of lands managed by the United States Forest Service. The establishment of a few of these monuments would require survey of lines that the NPS has not requested.
