Please use the following information below for this paper. Also please read attachments for instructions. I attached a sample paper to use for reference.
1. The relationship I have with the participant is my friend.
2. Target problem is participant wants to lose weight.
3. Participant has been having poor eating habits for the last five years and wants to make a change in his lifestyle choices that contributes to weight gain.
4. The target problem will be measured by regular monitoring of weight on the scale using pounds (lbs).
