Continue to work on your course project using the same document you did in previous modules, making any necessary edits based on your research as well as instructor feedback. This week you will provide an outline that explains how you will reach the audience participating in the training program you are developing.
Make sure your outline includes information that makes the case for why the program should be implemented and how it matches the organizational profile you developed in Module 1. Submission
For the training program you have chosen to present, create an outline that addresses the following points:
Describe how adult learning theory will be integrated into the design and implementation of the training program.
Describe how you will gain “buy-in” from learners.
Explain how the training will transfer to improved job performance and positively impact business metrics.
