In this assignment, you will be given two different scenarios. You will choose one to write out event/incident reports for. Each scenario has multiple incidents. You are required to turn in TWO incident reports based on ONE scenario.
Please remember:
·      Each incident report may only have one problem on it.
·      When describing the event, only use objective information and be brief and factual. Explain what happens in short declarative sentences.
·      You must use the template provided.
·      Include a title page and page numbers.
