A. PAPER The format of Papers shall include: Background: problem statement that the focus of the study, objectives of the study, and research question/s. Conceptualization: contains the indicators and or variables that cause the problem and its impact. Findings: analysis and options of solution for mitigating the problem and collaborative efforts needed to overcome the problems. Paper between 1300-1500 words (excluding cover and table of contents) with Arial 12 font, 1.5 spaces and justify margins. The content of the paper can include graphs and tables as well as references that are not included in the 1300-1500 words.
