3-page, double-spaced paper must be formatted as a Word document with APA 7th edition formatting for student papers, including Main body with proper Level 1 main headings and Level 2 subheadings, in-text source citations, and full reference list on a separate page at the end of the paper.
Need a minimum of six (6) credible references (no older than 5 years ago). At least three (3) of the six (6) sources must be from published peer-reviewed journal articles. The others may be from another credible source (i.e., government website or quality improvement organization)
