For this unit’s Discussion post, you will design your own token economy system. You will create a PowerPoint presentation that includes the following components of your system and upload it to your post:
The tokens you will use (with visuals of what they will look like)
The target behaviors and rules for successful task completion
How you will make your system specific or individualized to your hypothetical client
Your menu of backup reinforcers (again, include visuals in your presentation)
Procedures to dispense and exchange tokens
Procedures to follow when token requirements are not met (e.g., response cost)
Ethical and social validity considerations related to your token economy system
You are encouraged to use your creativity and visuals throughout your presentation as much as possible!
