This is an evaluative attotated bibliography on “The rising costs of college in America” – specifically as it pertains to ways to mitigate college costs. MLA format. 
I have attached the guidelines. I have also attached a sample for the expected format. The introdction should be at least 1/3 of a page. The AB should include at least 7 sources.
