Describe what went wrong in the internal or external audit and/or governance making these frauds possible? Suggest how could such fraud be stopped or caught beforehand during auditing itself?
Use quality research resources like well known website resources of the SEC, Dept of Justice, PCAOB, Stock Exchanges in the case study.
