Hello! I have a colleague who asked me to write my own reference letter and she will go in and edit whatever I send her.  I am not good at writing about myself. We work independently in a clinic for a very large and respected construction project. I often pick up hours and cover for her as well as other team members with very little notice. I try very hard to communicate issues and problems as they arise, im pleasant, very responsible and am a strong candidate for a nursing license. I treat patients with respect and am not afraid to ask questions for the sake of patient safety.  this letter will be going to a board to decide if i am a good candidate for a license.
