Your supervisor has confided in you that he/she is no longer happy in their position and is actively discussing a new job with another competing health system.  Additionally, she/she would like for you to join him/her in their new assignment with the competing health system.  However, your position with the new employer would be contingent upon you helping to recruit your current co-workers to the new company.  Describe what you would do in this situation.
