This is the literature review section of a bigger paper. This literature review will address problems within juvenile justice in the american criminal justice system. The problems I have found are 1) environments impact on juvenile delinquency 2) the differences of sentencing for juvenile vs adults for the same crimes 3) psychological factors contributing to juvenile delinquency 4) programs made to deter youth from delinquency (scared straight programs, group homes, etc). Other problems can be added to the paper if they fit the topic
