The name of the special event is called “Aspire to Inspire.” This event focuses on youth development. It will be a one day event that will offer various youth programs. For examples, sign ups for sports, clubs, etc.
It will also have arts & crafts and other activities for kids.
1. The first piece, the “event descriiption”.. You will describe, in a fair degree of detail, what your “dream event” will look like (5 W’s…who, what, where, when, why). You do NOT have to describe how you will produce it…yet!
2. As part of your event descriiption, you must indicate at least 5 stakeholders who would be interested in your event’s success.
