Hi, I have a final report and presentation assignment that I hope to do by following the instructions in the attached file. I am a trainee at the Ministry of Islamic Affairs. In the Beneficiary Complaints Department, I receive complaints and they are processed and sent to the relevant departments, both internal and external, and then the process of counting, closing and archiving them.
