Please, write a post that provides an evaluation of the effectiveness of a website for a major clothing retailer, such as Macy’s, Target, Bloomingdales, Lands’ End, Nordstrom or the Gap. Address why the brand you feature considers both the customer’s and the enterprise’s perspective, as discussed Chap. 5 of the text (see Figure 5.2).  What can they learn from each perspective?
