Please write the entire sсrіpt for this assignment PLUS complete TASK 2 and make the WEB. AND COMPLETE the Listening Comprehension Strategies Graphic Organizer
For this assignment, you will choose one (1) audio story from a list provided. If you have a
powerful story told by an Indigenous author in mind that is not on the list, you may email your
teacher and request to do that story.
You will then complete the next 5 steps.
Steps 1, 3, 4, and 5 are auditory responses. These responses will be done verbally so you can
demonstrate the communica�on skills learnt in class (uploaded as a .mp3 file MAX 3 minutes
total).
Step 2 can be submited as an image (.jpeg) or a .pdf file.
Instruc�ons
o Step 1: Use the listening comprehension strategies graphic organizer atached (page 4)
to complete this step. In the template, write/type your answers for ′Before, During,
A�er′ listening to the audio story and take jot notes as you listen. Then complete your
auditory response. Response: What choices did the story make that effected the way
you listened to it? Record your response (max 40 seconds) and �tle it ″Comprehension
Response.” Review Lesson 3 for comprehension listening strategies.
o Step 2: Create 3 Main Idea Webs using your jot notes. Look for main ideas and
suppor�ng evidence. Evidence from text: audio cues and sounds, perspec�ves and bias,
and indicators of beliefs, values, iden�ty, and power. Submit your 3 Idea Webs as images
(.jpeg) or PDF files. Review Lesson 4 and 5.
